To help all members of our community understand our school’s unique values and ethos, we worked with the children to develop ‘The LJ Way’.
This approach states in clear, simple terms the values we expect every member of our school community to demonstrate.
To do things the ‘LJ Way’ we all need to:

- Try our best in everything we do
- Be kind and helpful
- Show respect for everyone and everything
- Help others follow the LJ Way
